How ‘Halloween’ is coming back to the streets in Delhi

This is the tale of the first ever “Halloween” festival in Delhi.

The festival has been organised on October 5 and will be held from 9am to 5pm, which is an hour later than the traditional midnight to 4am celebration in Mumbai.

The event is scheduled to include a parade, musical performance, arts and crafts stalls, a costume parade, food stalls and children’s games.

The city has also set up a helpline for people with questions, and has created a website, called www.dhcpoll-halloween.gov.in.

The event has been called “Hollywood’s answer to Mumbai’s” ‘Hajj’ festival which has been in its second year and attracts over 20,000 people.
