Choose a safe heightOnce you’ve figured out what the staircase will look like and what it can and cannot do, you need a safe way to get up and down your stairs.

Safety harnessed steps are usually made of metal or wood, but you can also get safety stairs with PVC pipe and plastic panels that come with safety straps.
