‘I think it’s sad that it happened’ – Police investigating ‘unintentional death’

Police have opened an investigation into a woman who allegedly died in a “unintentionally” tragic manner, a police statement said.

“At this stage we believe the death was caused by a homicide,” police said.

“It is believed to be an unplanned, unprovoked incident.”

Police said their investigation was continuing.

“At present we are unable to confirm whether the incident was a homicide or a suicide,” they said.
