The project, called “Crystal Steps Inc”, will allow for the installation of concrete stairs in a single building, with the construction completed by 2020.
It will be the largest concrete staircase in the world and the first concrete staircase built by an Australian company in Sydney.
“Crystal steps inc is a one-off project,” Mr Collins said.
“The idea is to get the existing concrete and cement in one place and then create a staircase that can be reused.”
The idea has been around for a while, so we thought it was time to do it.
“The staircase will have two sides with a concrete floor and one side with a non-concrete floor.
It has two levels and will be capable of climbing a total of 60 metres up the wall.
The project will cost about $3 million, with Mr Collins expecting the concrete stairs to cost $4 million. “
If it doesn’t get damaged, then we will replace it,” he said.

“We are talking to the building industry to see if they are interested in the project,” he added.
Construction on the new stairs will start in the next couple of months.
Mr Stensland is looking forward to working with the building community to make sure this is a safe project.
He said the project will make people feel safer and will make a positive contribution to the community.
“It’s a really good project to see it in a new context,” he told ABC Local Radio.
“You know, it’s about getting the community to step up and support the community in this area.”
